Next Level Communication is a 2-Day class designed to offer participants with strategic, advanced skills in communication across four key themes:

clear understanding in critical areas:

  • Positional Authority

  • Productive Struggle



We are more likely to accomplish our goals while maintaining the integrity of others by:

Receiving the entire message from another person requires several skills:

  • Shutting our mind/mouth

  • Science of Active listening

  • Reading between the lines

  • Leaning into empathy

Sending an effective and positive message requires several components: 

  • Appropriate non-verbals

  • Science of Active Listening

  • Leaning into empathy

  • Relying on conversation starters

Who Should Attend?
Anyone who is genuinely interested in and open to growing their ability to communicate effectively and differently will gain the most from this class.

Class Schedule:

  • One Week Before: Complete online assessment

  • Day One: 9:00am-5:00pm + Evening Activity from 5:00pm-9:00pm (dress comfortably)

  • Day Two: 9:00am-5:00pm


What is Included:

  • All course supplies and materials

  • Lunch for both days

  • Dinner during evening activity on Day One

  • Coffee, refreshments, and snacks throughout both days


$1,495 per participant. Financial aid is available for those in need with qualifying conditions.
