Graham Johnson Portrait

Graham Johnson

Bellingham, Washington

Professor

Growing up, Graham earned his allowance not just by mowing the lawn but by reading and reporting on leadership and personal development books. This developed in him a burning passion for the process of continuous improvement, not only in his personal development but in his professional life. Pursuit of these values has afforded Graham the opportunity to work in a wide variety of roles with innovative companies who share the same passions and ideals. Graham was drawn to Incast Leadership Academy because it aligns with his most deeply held values and allows him to share them with like-minded individuals to help them on their journey of continuous personal development.

Graham lives in beautiful Bellingham, Washington with his wife Danae and three sons Leland, Jude & Gaelen. When he's not chasing the boys around, he enjoys mountain biking, making music, traveling, drinking craft beer, seeking new things and finding the beauty in the small moments. His family motto is "Leave people better than you found them" and together with his family, he looks for ways to get just a little bit better every day.
