Jesse comes to Incast Leadership Academy with a wealth of education and business experience. Currently, he serves as Director of Human Capital for OmniDuct. In the past, he has also worked as a Director of Undergraduate Education, Associate Professor of Education, School Principal/Administrator, Director of Human Resources, Director of Operations, Recruiter, Elementary School Teacher, High School Teacher, Financial Aid Advisor, and Clinical Historian. He has experience teaching college courses in education psychology, exceptional learners, instructional alignment, classroom management, research writing, and more.
Jesse graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's Degree in Education from Vanguard University of Southern California. He graduated with his Doctorate Degree in Education from the University of Southern California. Jesse has written and published several books about the human brain and how it is related to behavior, living, loving, and learning, including: Brain Thrive by 5 (2021), Brain Thrive By 25 (2016), Change Your Brain, Change Your Life Before 25 (2014), Making a Good Brain Great: Course (2009), & What I Learned from a Penguin: A story on how to help people change (2006).
Jesse lives in Orange County, California with his wife and two kids and is involved in local HR and education communities. He has a passion for learning, cultural awareness, and advocating for families in poverty and for children with disabilities. He likes to spend his free time traveling, cooking/eating Mexican food, driving, and spending time with friends and family.
